While I was away, I came home to find Emma playing with what I thought was going to be a Christmas gift. I knew when I got out of my car in the garage that something was missing. Joe had gotten her play kitchen and gave it to her early. Oh well, not like she isn't going to have anything else to open on Christmas Day! Here she is playing with her kitchen and vacuum cleaner. What a good little helper she is going to be :)

Viking Cooking School
Today I attended my very first cooking class at The Viking School within Hubble & Hudson Market & Bistro. The class that I took was called Steak, Roast and Chop Workshop. I don't consider myself a chef or anywhere near being a chef...I only know the basics so I still have a lot to learn. The class was good though with lots of hands on interaction. I came home with a lot of information/recipes that I will have to try out on my family...hehe, my guinea pigs!
