Moms' Trip to Las Vegas

I am not sure where to begin with this blog post! We had such an amazing time. I went with four of my friends that I have known for quite some time. We all meet when teaching at Smith Elementary (well except for Dana and me, we have known each other since Kindergarten) and we have all kept in touch. Here are some pictures from our trip....I am not going to elaborate much...remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! :)

Dinner at the Grand Lux in the Venetian on our first night in Vegas then off to Jet, a nightclub, in the Mirage.


On Saturday we spent the day relaxing at the Venetian's pool. That evening we went and saw an incredible show, Cirque de Soleil's "O" at the Bellagio. If you have not seen this, it is a must! After the show, we had an amazing dinner at Olive's also in the Bellagio. We had front and center seating on the patio over looking the water fountain show. Couldn't get any better than that.

Sunday was spent at the pool again. That evening we went to dinner at Bobby Flay's restaurant, Mesa Grill, in Ceasar's Palace. After dinner, we headed over to Harrah's and went to dueling piano bar. Time slipped away and before we knew it, is was 4:30 in the morning and we had to be up in 2 hours to get ready for our shuttle to the hotel. Talk about being tired but it was all worth it. I think we are all just now getting back into the grove of things. Looking forward to our next girls trip....wonder where we will go next??
