Busy Bees

My goodness this weekend was one of those really busy weekends. The weather was nice both Saturday and Sunday. We had Avery's (a friend of Emma and my friend's daughter) 2nd birthday party at a park. At the party, Emma rode a pony named Chief. This was Emma's first time to ride a pony.

We also went to Dewberry Farm in Brookshire, Texas Saturday evening. This is a great place for all ages. We rode a small train pulled by a tractor, went on a hayride to the pumpkin patch, and ate sausage on a stick and turkey legs.

On Sunday, we took Emma to a pumpkin patch. She loved looking at the different pumpkins and especially loved the baby pumpkins!
