Well it looks like Hurricane Ike is here to stay and will be a direct hit on Galveston. We are as ready as we can be. We will use our master bedroom as shelter for all four of us. I have already made pallets for us to sleep on, we have a food supply, board games, flashlights, etc. Hopefully this will pass us by while we are all asleep and tomorrow will be calm--hopeful thinking, right? Please keep us in your prayers!
